NAHB Housing Market Index is an indicator of tendencies at the real estate market, prepared by the National Association of Home Builders. It is formed based on a survey conducted among members of the association. It contains three types of statistics (seasonally adjusted):
current sales of single-family homes,
expectations for sales of single-family homes over the next 6 months,
interest among buyers.
Index accepts values between 0 – 100. Reading of 50 indicates that the number of positive assessments of the situation in the property market was exactly the same as the negative ones.
Reading above 50 indicates that there were more positive responses.
The index is published once a month, about half of the reference month.

PPI (Producer Price Index) is an indicator of producer inflation rate published by Destatis (German Statistical Office), reflecting prices change of prices set by manufacturers and sellers operating in Germany. This report relates to industry, mining, energy and water industries. It covers both the selling price of industrial products to domestic buyers at different stages in the economic process, and sales between industrial enterprises. Information about prices is gathered on the 15th day of each month by the statistical offices of the Länder and then transmitted to the Federal Statistical Office, which calculates and publishes the relevant indexes. The study involves about 5,030 companies supplying information on prices of 1,254 types of products. The report is published once a month, around the 20th day of the following month.

Philadelphia Fed Survey is an index published by the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, on the basis of questionnaires filled out by managers of companies operating in the region of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Participants are to determine the direction of changes in overall business activity, in response to detailed questions concerning employment, working hours, orders (new and unrealized), shipments, inventories, delivery times, prices paid and prices received.
The index value above zero indicates growth of the processing sector, which is considered synonymous with economic growth. Decrease below that level indicates a slowdown.
The research has been conducted since May 1968.
The index is published once a month, at the beginning of the second half of each month.
